Wecome to Symmetry Healing - your home for acupuncture and wellness in Steamboat Springs!  My name is Lisa Thornhill, Licensed Acupuncturist, and this is my Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic.  I utilize acupuncture, herbal & nutritional therapies to treat everything from chronic pain to insomnia to smoking cessation.  My particular passion is helping women focus on issues specific to them, including menstrual disorders (PMS, irregularity, etc.), infertility and menopause.  I also specialize in allergy elimination (NAET), as well as using acupressure (no needles) to treat children or needle-phobic adults.

At Symmetry Healing, I understand that people are sick of conventional “band-aid” treatments and that they would rather get to the root of their health issues.  Well there’s good news – I'm here to help!  By using complementary and alternative medicine, I can help you discover and treat the underlying cause of your health imbalances and finally feel better!

I joined an amazing team in October of 2011 at Yampa Valley Integrated Health, located at Yampa Valley Medical Center.  We offer counseling, acupuncture, massage, yoga, meditation classes and qi gong healing.  I am SO excited to be part of a team that truly addresses the WHOLE individual - mind, body & spirit!!  We are seeing amazing results, especially with clients who participate in more than one treatment modalities at the same time.  We are open from 8am to 8pm on Monday & Wednesday, and hope to be open several more days each week by summer 2012.  Please call 970.875.2731 to schedule.

Rocky Mountain Wellness Spa

Formerly located in Denver, Symmetry Healing relocated to Steamboat Springs in 2007.  I teamed up with Rocky Mountain Welllness Spa to see clients in their downtown location.
